Our Journey help people with disabilities and mental health issues to live independently in their own homes. We offer personalised support, tailored to each individual's needs and preferences. We assist with daily tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, gardening, shopping, multitude of recreational activites and personal care, whether you require one support worker or an entire team, we are here to help.
We also offer, meal plans around healthy eating and preparation and in-house therapies.
Our journey offers support and accommodation for people of all ages with special needs, this includes, but not limited to, those effect by autism, Alzheimer's and physical disabilities.
We offer respite in a home setting where your loved one will be given 1:1 support and care for all their needs.
Respite can range from 24-hours through to a full weekend, school pick-up is also an option.
Our Journey offers many activities that include but not limited to, bike riding, swimming, cooking, gardening beach/bush walking.
Our qualified and experienced team can visit you at your convenience and help you cope with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or any other mental health issue as well as any disability condition.
We offer personalised and confidential care that respects your privacy and dignity at all times.
